The implementation project is divided into four phases, and thanks to the phase-to-phase implementation, maximum benefit is already achieved starting from the early phases of the process.

The purpose of the first phase, preliminary evaluation, is to set the range of functions required in the later system solution. Our philosophy in this design process is to start simple and concentrate on the essential aspects while at the same time point out possible future enhancements, since especially during the system start-up less is often more.

In the next phase, goal mapping, a plan is created to specify the economic goals and the schedule for the project.

After specifying the system and the goals, the next phase is technical implementation and user training. Our systems are designed under the notion of easy usability and, thus, usually 1-2 days of user training is quite sufficient before daily use of the system. A typical project usually takes only 1-2 months time period from system design to daily use.
