BetSet Oy has chosen ARROW Novi – maintenance system to support growth
One of Finland’s largest manufacturers of concrete elements, BetSet Oy, has chosen ARROW Novi as its maintenance system. BetSet-companies, founded in 1950, is a private family business in the concrete industry, with nine factories in Finland.
BetSet, a fast-growing company, has increased the number of factory locations, and the need for a separate maintenance system has increased. “Previously, we have been able to manage maintenance in a lighter way, which is why we have not had a maintenance system in use. We chose ARROW and Novi, because it’s a Finnish company that offers a clear user interface and the right kind of support for system deployment”, says the Development Director Mr. Harri Bergholm.
The company’s goal is a comprehensive development of operations. “Maintenance is an important part of safety and continuous development. Our goal is to get rid of sudden repairs towards planned maintenance. In addition, we want to speed up the completion of maintenance tasks, and we also hope that Novi will help us in systematic work planning, as well as provide basic information for machine and equipment investments”, Bergholm summarizes.
