Suur-Savon Sähkö chooses ARROW Novi maintenance system

Suur-Savon Sähkö Oy has chosen the ARROW Novi maintenance system for its maintenance management and development needs. The system is currently being deployed.

”In the acquisition phase, we visited several energy companies and examined users’ experiences with a number of maintenance systems. Based on our criteria, ARROW Novi stood out among several suppliers as the best solution for our needs. Novi is a great match for our operating environment, which requires that the maintenance system be used at several facilities in cooperation with a number of different actors”, says Maintenance Director Kari Käyhkö.

Suur-Savon Sähkö did not previously have a maintenance system. According to Käyhkö, the test phase has been a success, with the system already in use at a high level. “Novi has been deployed quickly with the help of ARROW’s expert project managers Tuomas and Jussi. And even though the scope of the delivery expanded slightly from what was originally planned, the system has adapted seamlessly to our new ideas and expansion needs. Novi has proven to be the right choice for our operating environment”, Käyhkö concludes.
